Your information
A little clarity.
This page explains how information submitted through the SOAR website is used. It covers conference registration and the separate Pitch Deck application.
What you share
Conference registration collects your name, email, phone number, and optional area of interest. Pitch applications also collect business information and a video proposal, either as an uploaded file or a link.
Your attendee account
Your registration also creates an attendee account. Convex Auth stores your account and session information in our Convex database. Resend delivers verification codes to your email address. We use your verified email to link your registration to your account and let you return to your private SOAR page. Authentication cookies and browser storage keep you signed in; you can sign out from your SOAR page.
Why the organizers need it
- To manage conference registrations and related communication.
- To review business proposals for the grant opportunity.
- To connect an uploaded video with the application it belongs to.
Who can review it
Submitted information is stored using Convex and is available to the authorized organizers through their dashboard. Applicant records and uploaded proposals are not published on this website or exposed through a public applicant directory.
Uploads and links
Unsubmitted video uploads are removed after their upload session expires. If you share a video link, please check that the organizers have permission to view it. The website does not control the privacy settings of external video or file-sharing services.
Questions or changes
The organizers will publish their contact details and the retention period for submitted registrations and applications before public launch. To request changes in the meantime, contact DEEP BROOKS INT'L WORSHIP CENTER Youth Ministry.
Your choice
You choose whether to submit your details. Conference registration and grant applications are separate; completing one does not automatically complete the other.
